We just got back from a super fun trip to Las Vegas and St. George with my mom. I know it sounds crazy to face the heat, but we were inside most of the time or in the pool so it wasn't bad. The kids had such a fun time in LV. We stayed at the Excalibur hotel which has a huge arcade and game place and I also got to take Gabe to the Tournament of Kings Show which I've wanted to do for a long time. It was fantastic and both of us loved it. We were in the pool pretty much the rest of the time. Our last day we went to the Shark Reef which is really cool too.

How fun. We haven't been to Vegas to visit the fam in a long time. You guys are totally cute. Wish we were closer. In responce to your comment, we actually don't have year round school, they just start earlier in AZ and give longer breaks. It's supposed to help the kids retain more and do less review after summer. I don't know though. Starting in July still seems crazy.
