I'm not one for pancakes but YES PLEASE to these scrumptious looking Pecan Pumpkin Filled Pancakes. I guess I'm going to need one of these nifty pans from Williams Sonoma now to make them.
They are called ebelskivers. My mom used to make them. She used to put apple pie filling in them. They are delicious!!!! I have a recipe if you need one.
and you know I don't like pumpkin much either. the thought of it kinda makes me gag. maybe it is all food that start with P that I don't like. Well let's see I like pineapple and pork and phish food ice cream and pizza. Well, it just the p's you mentioned.

MMMMM! Those look scrumptious! Have the recipe? what about the syrup recipe that would be a good one to have also.
I don't enjoy pecans or pancakes so these are not a tasty treat to me. I like the idea of it though. I have never seen a pan like that.

ditto to what brenda said... i have a pan, from growing up, and recipes, too - if you need to borrow & try them out!
We call them ebescures and we just had them on Saturday morning, only no filling, just a fun pancake to dip in syrup. They are good.
And all your blogging cracks me up!
