Dessert Anyone?

For Thanksgiving I have been put in charge of Dessert. Let me make that more clear...not dessert, just One dessert. I am fortunate to be in a large family who likes to gather together, but on th flip side, I do not get any say in the planning of the meal. I know that the day will come when I will have the opportunity to be the hostess and then I will probably wish that I could only be in charge of "Dessert." Anways, because I only get to bring one thing, I'm going to need something to seriously Impress. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Here's what I've got so far...

Pecan Pumpkin Butter Trifle - William Sonoma

Pumpkin Cake with Whipped Cream and Pecan Praline - Rachael Ray

Carmelized Apple and Pecan Pie - Bonappetit

Almost Famous Pumpkin Cheesecake - Food Network

Pumpkin Roll - Paula Dean

Another amazing one is Barefoot Contessa's (Ina Garten's)Apple Crestada...to die for! You can get the recipe just by typing her name and the recipe into Yahoo search! It is like apple pie but better and easier! Good luck with the dessert :o)
